I can’t tell you how long I have set and messed with my collars with complete frustration. I have pushed and held every sequence of buttons possible trying to program the set. I’ve spoke with the company customer service as well as the tech personnel department with no luck. I’ve returned sets due to this programming issue. I was close to giving up on this product, a product when working properly I enjoy and love. I stumbled on this video, followed the detailed instructions and BAMB success!!! Is there replacement magnetic chargers mine broke?

Mine won’t go to hyper flash. Just flashes red. Ordering a new and better one lol
