You asked for it! You got it! On my Instagram ( tippyclubgaming) I asked if there were any techniques or effects that you wanted to know how to do. This is the first one I was asked for.
In this video, I show you an easy way to paint faces and bring out all of the awesome detail found on them. Using only 3 paints, we'll mix some colours to create a smooth gradient towards the highlight without the need for a wash to give us shadows, and how to paint eyes and teeth.
The model I am painting is the Enforcer Subjugator Captain from Necromunda, but I'll also show the Enforcer Sergeant also from Necromunda, and Rick Grimes and Sophia from The Walking Dead All Out War.
The techniques shown in this tutorial can easily be applied to painting any skin, but I'm focusing on the face in this video.
