Thanks, Sawyer! Keep drawing, my friend. I'm sure you're progressing quickly. :) Thanks for the comment! I miss you guys!
omg it's gorgeous. I'm obsessed with the grassy texture. so I appreciate this video. I paint with watercolors, and I tend to splatter and stipple to achieve more depth in my grassy landscapes.
Thanks for sharing. I love looking at paintings painted in this style! It is impressive how grass-like it looks from a distance (and on camera) and how alive it is up close.
I have just discovered you...thank you for all these tips, very interesting and dynamic. I love listening to you

I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching and subscribing!
Awesome technique, thanks for sharing 👍
nice job...i think i like solvent plus linseed oil in various ratios better than liquin....liquin is kinda sticky, i think the brushes are easier to leave overnight in without liquin... and linseed seems to have the brush flow nicer...i m not in big hurry for dry times...
Hii! I remember you used to be my art teacher at sand creek! Still remember the giant mushroom

Hello friend, I'm sorry if this sounds like trolling, but I didn't want to not say something about the left forearm and hand. They look like they're being crushed and snapped in half by the arm that reaches up to her chin. Maybe you could remedy the situation by having the "broken arm" disappear, as though it's wrapped around her waist. The shoulder placement is beautiful, but the anatomy of that left arm is really awkward. Again, sorry to interrupt your awesome grass technique, which I am going to use immediately.... . Thank you.

Also the fingers appear to be too long for her hand.
So are you using Liquin or Liquin Impasto?
