My fear of failure comes from being hit for not doing what my parent wanted from me, or not having empathy for what they are going through at that time. I adapted by having a high level of empathy but a very low level of self-esteem and not knowing how I feel myself. There are times I have made improvements and started to feel somewhat confident, followed by times that felt like I was traveling 10 years back into the past. While the situations that made me learn to act this way are so far away on the timeline, they sure stick around far too much.

Basically, Growing is all about mistake. As we grow we keep making mistakes, a ton of it in our daily lives. Still we are embarrassed of making mistakes.

Thank you for your work and producing these helpful videos to try to learn from. You inspire me to improve my acronyms skills and trying to overcome my difficult disabilities and other hardships in life even though I haven't yet been all that successful in overcoming very much but I'm still trying to improve and learn things at my own pace. ✌️🙏

Is it possible to also use Acronym R.A.I.N which stand for : R = Recognise A = Accept I = Investigate N = Non Identify to our mistakes. On the other hands, see them as The Best Opportunity to grow.
