How to Organize Your Day for Maximum Results | Jim Kwik
How do you organize your day to get the most out of it?
Our community is made up of people all over the world. And while not everyone has the same education, income, or networking connections, the one thing we all have equally is time. Everyone has the same twenty-four hours in the day, but it’s up to you how to utilize them to your advantage.
On today’s episode, I want to share my very simple framework on how I chunk down my day for maximum results. This isn’t meant to be followed rigorously. Instead, my goal is to help you learn the principles so you can get the most out of every twenty-four hour period-and still get enough sleep.
When you break your day down into manageable chunks, you reduce cognitive fatigue by strategically targeting your focus. This helps you improve your productivity and performance, which ultimately leads to increased profitability and peace of mind. If you’re looking for a framework to help manage your time and maximize your day, this episode is for you.

Absolutely! I couldn't agree more...
I love the simplicity of these 4Cs. I'm looking forward to trying this system 🙌🏽💙
Whenever I become aware that I'm wasting my time, I play a Jim Kwik video. ❤
I got this book and am starting to read it . I am slow learner, I do really want to change my habits and brain. Thank you
My brain loves you Jim, thanks for all you do and the light you shine to the world! 🙏🏼❤️
My creativity time varies, one time I woke up in the middle of the night with a melody in my head that I had to write down and so I did and later on became a song and music video. Same thing when I write for theater or film, or when working on Voice Over projects, ideas may come at any time as unexpected guests but always welcomed, bringing me joy, excitement, a state of flow, yes afterwards there’s fatigue too but never burnt-outs. 😀
3 Phases for the Day ✨Mornings are for creating, creativity, working on projects. ✨Afternoons for consuming: learning, reading, listening to a podcast. ✨Evenings for clearing: meditation, journaling about the day and planning the day for tomorrow, watching something to unwind. And Connecting throughout the day!

Wow
I'll start applying this today for more organized, productive, connecting days ahead, thank you.❤
You are an amazing mentor. I've have always put effort into time management but still, I often fail. I like the 4 Cs. This concept will help.
Empowering, what a mindful and practical approach to time. Creating before consuming makes perfect sense to avoid distractions, habits and everyday tasks the steal your creative mental energy and the physical energy needed to execute. This episode really challenged me to think about the way I organize my day (and in turn, life). Thank you for the valuable content.

Good jobs
Jim, I appreciate your teachings very much. You have an incredible way of helping others learn! I always get a lot of value out of everything I get the privilege of watching. Ty❤
this was incredibly helpful thank you so much
Thank you !!! I LOVE YOUR LIMITLESS BOOK !!! ❤❤❤ I didn't know what to expect from the book, but it literally blew my mind. You have written it so clear and soooo much important information to know about. Thank you again Jim!!
Thanks Jim : This is the best organize of a day That I ever heard . There are a lot of "famous you tubers" that have complicated cronograms that takes more time to do than the actually things during the day . This is actually simple , very Smart , and efficient. There is always a difference whenever you are a creator or entrepeneur ( like you) vs a worker who has an schedule to fullfill but still it will help me to divide my day . And something very important:" devices not in the first or the last part of the day ". I will try to accommodate to my working day .
What an elegant way to live! I’m in, I’m on it, starting tomorrow morning. I would start tonight… but I just discovered you and need to consume you a little more!
Hey Jim, thank you! So far, after my morning routine, I aim to go into work and work on the hardest projects in the office in the morning. In reality, I go to the office, everyone wants something from me, I do some urgent tasks, I answer some mails, I go into meetings, by afternoon I am tired already, learning seems to not fit here, in the evening will do a sports activity and then all I want is to crash. I don't control my day as I wish. My plan is to start my day with exercise, then 1h of learning, then work, evening relax and meditation. This episode made me thinking how can I reshuffle my day to use my brain and time to the max... Have a great one!
Thanks Jim for your great tips and time. I listen to your YT videos every day and it very help me learn English better 🤩
Every episode is a gem, thank you Jim and the team
Thanks for the advice I will try tomorrow
Thank you for sharing the fruitful information. Before I watch this video, I used to get difficulties to organize my day. I used to lose my energy at night and after I contemplated my activities through the day, I felt I did nothing. Since I watch your video, I get clarity how to start my day.
i think the clearing phase is the one that stood out to me. i often find brain going non stop even when it's time to sleep. i usually do some stretching, and some reading, till i fell asleep. but the clearing one is a revelation- and i think i will also reflect on the feelings and emotions i've had throughout the day, as i find they can definitely build up if you don't address them. i did this a bit more earlier in the year, but got complacent once my emotional baseline was in a decent state.
Loved this podcast, and how easy you made it for me to map out the way my days can be customized according to my needs. The content you share is always super relevant, and resonate perfectly with the reality of so many people out there. You don’t use a patronizing nor judgmental approach, there is no right or wrong, just a gentle and positive encouragement so that we can become more effective versions of ourselves. Thank you for sharing this 🙏🏻
Thank you 🙏🏽. I’m entering a new and exciting phase of my life, resigning my 9-9 job and stepping back to write and research, but also pursue some entrepreneurial endeavors. I realized after 15 years in a corporate setting you forget how to use your time optimally as you’re always on someone else’s schedule and deadline. I’m not a writer or entrepreneur so this is a new frontier for me and I find myself with loads of ideas and skeleton plans but a bit stuck mentally. I’m excited to get unstuck but know I need some help and guidance starting with simple approaches like this one. I appreciate this!!!

thank you so much Jim for your wise advice ! My life has changed and I've improved on all aspects since I'm listening to your podcasts !
Jim you have given me hope! Thank you
First, thank you Jim for being my brain coach! Your insights and techniques aren't just actionable but enjoyable. I truly enjoyed this episode because it broke my day in a way that I didn't articulate before. I'm more creative in the morning and my focus to create starts to wane by mid-afternoon. The past year I started getting into audiobooks (prior to that I was a TOTAL physical book snob). I find listening to audiobooks and podcasts work better for me in the afternoon. And around 4-5pm, I'm starting to wind down for the day. Create, consume and clear pretty much sums up how I spend my day. Thank you!
Excellent guidance Jim, I’m a fan of your work . The clearing part is what I really need. Thank you
I will really apply this in my daily life routine thank you so much😊
Evening clearing really helped me stay grateful. ❤
I love your advice
Thanks Jim, very clear and concise! And helpful! I saw you live at a Peak Potential event maybe 15 years ago. So happy to see you still active and sharing your knowledge! Kudos to you ❤
This exactly what I needed to hear. Thanks Jim😊🎉
I am new! I heard your guest spot with Dr Rangan Chatterjee yesterday and bought the book and am exploring your wonderful contributions here. I particularly like the 10 memorising tips on the body. I was happy that I am already eating all the brain foods except salmon as I am a vegetarian. I am 80 and very healthy but one can never too TOO healthy! So I continue to explore new ways to improve myself. Thank you!🤗
Love this video! ❤
Thank you for what you do. Thanks for sharing this. ❤

Wonderful idea to journal at night before sleep. Thank you!
I loved two valuable comments in this episode that stayed in my mind...1. what you resist, persists. 2. its very important to disconnect to reconnect with regard to including meditation at the end of a day. Thanks a lot.
