Notes to be taken :- 1. 90/90/1 Rule For the next 90 days , Focus the first 90 minutes of your day on the 1 thing that will change your game. 2. Tight Bubbles of Total Focus Setup distraction free, minimalist environments. Be very hard to reach. 3. Choose your Peer group wisely Surround yourself with productive , like minded people. If you spend time with victims , you'll be a victim. 4. Learned Minimalism Fill your home with few things , Fill your goals with few projects. Focus your days on those few priorities.

Summary: 1. The 90/90/1 rule > for the next 90 days, spend the first 90 minutes of your workday on your single most game-changing opportunity 2. Install environements of tight bubbles of total focus > be very hard to reach during key times of the week > you spend 2.1 hours/day in distractions, and it takes 21 minutes to refocus > go device-free on some days 3. Choose your peer group really well > Mirror neuron system of the brain: surround yourself with high-achievers > We pick up the emotions of those around us, their inspiration and energy 4. Learned minimalism > focus on few things, projects, relationships, books, courses "The secret to genuis is not complexity, but simplicity"

Saurabh Shrivastava Whatever. To make it work, distractions must happen so that your mind can rest and recharge! And, people play and then work, with periods of intense concentration. They play a short time and then work longer. It's wrong if people pull up a game on their device if they let their work go. Think about it. You made a plan and devoted mure time to to work ... Then you turned it upside down!

Even though this happens to be the official Robin Sharma YT Channel, expecting Robin to read all these comments on his videos is i guess very irrational. BUT I STILL CAN'T STOP MYSELF FROM DIRECTLY ADDRESSING HIM WHEN I SAY AND SAY FROM THE DEPTHS OF MY HEART : "I LOVE YOU SIR AND IF THE WORLD WAS FILLED WITH EVEN HALF THE PEOPLE OF YOUR MENTALITY (PERCEPTION AND POSITIVITY), IT WOULD BE CALLED PARADISE (OR "UTOPIA" [for the ones who don't believe in a paradise]) . . . Dei Mono Hi i just wanna tell you that.. adhd is not real(ok boomer i know :]) but.. The truth is that media want it to be real.. your focus depend on so mamy things on your childhood, metylophenidate as medicine? That's just drugi affrcting on your nervous system, everyone Has better focus on IT because that's how IT work.. that's how they earn money on society.. look how many people is diagnosed with 'adhd'... just think about it. Anyway, the best way to improve your focus is... focusing more or trying to focus at first because its really hard if you were not doing IT for most of your life (and its not your fault, its because of your enviroment and other things) ps. I was diagnosed with 'adhd' but i'm smarter than before

Thank you, Robin! Wonderfully motivating this morning. Just what I needed. I own a business, have just gotten out of the day to day working of the business about a month ago, and I now have all the time in the world to work on improving, streamlining and growing my business. I know what I want to do but I an lacking the focus to get it done. I get distracted and feel like when I'm working on one thing, I should be doing another. the 90/90/1 really resonated with me. I'm going to do it (right after I finish writing this, lol). Thanks again, and I'm looking forward to watching more of you!-Angie

Thank you Robin! You've changed my life once. When I've read Monk who sold his Ferrari there was a great saying: how can you make other people life's better if you don't feel happy? At the time I wasn't happy with me (i was 18) and I decided to focus on myself and my happiness and stop making a business. That was the most valuable decision in my life because it made me to step on a path that lead me to self-growth. Robin, this is powerful and your books containing a power to change people's mindsets. You are blessed and I want to thank you for doing this amazing work. 🙏🏻 now I'm running my business at levels I could never imagine! Thank you.

Very powerful even after six years. Was never consciously aware of the peer group having such as big unconscious influence. One of the reasons I left my recent job! Makes so much sense, and the best probably is to slowly move away from those in the private circle who don't support you and are of negative influence. It starts with being radically honest with oneself and taking time to reflect.

In the next 90 days spend the first 90 minutes of your work day in the “moove the nedle” tasks for 90 days. In the morning you have the more focus, energy and willpower. Your enviroment is so important. Install enviroment of tint bubbles of focusing. Be hard to reach during key times (morning). You can’t be distracted by notifications everytime it beeps. Idea: Creative day! 100% device free. He goes to a new and beautiful place and just do creative work and reflection. Learned minimalism says that the secret to genius is not complexity. It’s simplicity. Be world class and just a few things. Rather than have 50 projects, focus on 3 projects. Study, work, focus and do only a few things GOOD. Minimalism is the key to genius.

I am a productive person that is achieve but this video showed me I can be way more productive. I am studying one book this season which I really want to, I am studying no more than two books a month. I am now emptying out my room today, so it down to almost nothing. I want to become more of a minimalist. Thank you very much for this video.

@@JOAJOA in 2021 we got a call from CPS that our (adopted) 7 year old’s brother was in foster care, so that rocked our world! But adoption is on the horizon! :) We bought a fix-and-flip house a year ago that’s almost ready to sell, we opened a second optometry practice, and we bought a vending machine business with about 70 machines! Life is good! Thanks for checking in, I’m going to rewatch this video for refreshment :)

The only notification that I get on the screen are emails (no sound). What's your take on email notifications, do you have any?
