You made my day ! Finding a KZread channel that's not American on a topic I want to research, and spot on ! Just in the process of importing from China so just your commet on 'Samples of no Commercial value' was like finding a gold nugget ! Love your Energy and obvious commitment to your path. Great video, YES! the specs of the packaging are important too. Getting a sample that isn't what you expected is frustrating. So making sure you describe in detail what you expect and having the factory send a photo of the item first - the actual item they are sending first, sometimes the sample is different from their catalog photos. Are you wearing your PSG jacket to celebrate Messi's arrival ?

Yes to the molds! Also do you recommend to do third party quality inspection every time you make an order with the same supplier? Or just the first, second, third time etc? Even after they've been supplying to you for a couple years? Or just the first few times? Thank you

Hey Paola great question! I prefer to keep doing inspections because sometimes mistakes can happen and it's not deliberate, it could be our mistake not supplying the right label or the suppliers mistake not doing a proper clean of the products before packing into the box as they rushed the order etc. Anything can happen but a QC just allows you to spot any problems rather than it becoming a major issue. I always look at it as the cost of the QC vs the value of the order, for example if the QC is $200 but the order value is $20k then it's totally worth it every time just so you have that peace of mind that your goods are shipping with no issues :)

Question: I was quoted $30 USD shipping freight by FedEx for a sample of a super light/generic product that weighs no more than 4-8 ounces. For exclusivity there's a few different ways you can get it: - Exclusivity of time e.g. 3 months / 6 months - Exclusivity of a market e.g. you get Japan or Germany - Ask supplier to offer you a target QTY you must order for you to keep worldwide exclusivity e.g. if we order 10,000pcs per year you can't sell to anyone else - Exclusivity to online or offline. Or exclusivity to Amazon Hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else, I talk a bit more about this in the Product Development in the Canton Fair video with a supplier there.

Hello thank you for your tips! I need advice from you I hope you reply to me please. Im talking with a supplier to get 1 or 2 sample for lip balm containers and they told me they don't provide the sample only, only if I pay the knife mold fee. What he means whit knife mold fee?

I have a basic question: I want to create my own brand of inline skates. What if someone choses the same parts and the skates look almost identical, apart from the name and colour, can this in any way be avoided? I see a lot of almost identical skates at the moment probably made at the same factory :)) I dont want to go into creating new boots or frames or wheels but want touse those I like on Alibaba and combine the elements to create my brand. I ve been trying to find nice skates myself over the past years and came across the same models and shapes all the time.

How much usually a sample shipping cost? Express delivery? My supplier charged me 92 dollars for the sample is that accurate?
