Great tips, Adriana! I used to have a big problem with networking in my early 20s, I hated small talk, and wanted to get out of the room as soon as possible! Fortunately, I realized that when you’re genuine, kind, and put the focus on the person you’re talking to (instead of overanalyzing), the conversations happen naturally and you get to know the other person on a deeper level. Since I became a life coach, I’ve learned to listen, accept the other person for who they are, and have genuine curiosity for their unique human nature. Thanks again for the awesome video! :)

Networking so important in business! Something I'm learning to do more and more as my partner and I prepare to launch a demo model in early January. Need to network for journalist connections to get the word out quickly and efficiently.

I think that's more common than we realize - there are a lot of people who need to get better at networking. There's nothing wrong with it being your weakest skill as long as you keep working towards improvement so you can be even more successful. I'm a stylist and fashion blogger so everything related to help people onto better dress themselves with a twist is what i love the most; it was useful as i could get pretty reserved and shy when there are a lot of people, working on that but it doesn't come easy lol - thanks for sharing :-)
