You are a great person Andriana and you give bonus freebie! I will say random acts of kindness are one of the most powerful things one can do. Trying to spread this information to others to show the power that we all truly have. People's lives can change for the better practicing this simple step, and the more you practice it the more it becomes what you do. Kind people have good things happen to them, and people in a dark place really just need and kind person in the life, although it is true the kind person must know their boundaries and their self worth, so the do not find themselves manipulated by the darkness someone else may carry. If done correctly they can empower the person falling on dark times and teach them to do right by themselves and others. I know I went on a bit of a tangent, but this is probably one of the most powerful skill sets on can have. Honestly a lot of the clients I work with really do not realize how powerful it is until they try it. I am going to stop now haha. Hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas!!!😊😊👍👍

Clifford, I'm so excited that you liked the freebie! I agree, random acts of kindness are truly powerful and are something I believe in 100%. You simply never know when someone around you is having a challenging day and needs some kindness to pick them up. I love how you mentioned that the more you practice it, the more you naturally do it. It's a great habit to develop! It should always be a goal to empower those around you and build them up. When you do this at work, you even end up working better as a team. I love these random acts of kindness at work.i like the note to boss praising colleague and bringing candy and coffee to coworkers and notes of appreciation to coworkers. can change not only workplace but world. I pay for people's orders at McDonald's and others at drive thru and give coworkers and strangers positive encouraging praiseful notes of appreciation.😀

When you show your colleagues that you appreciate them, you will not only lift their mood but also influence others to do the same. Omg this is a much needed topic. Humans can be very caring, loving and genuine human beings we just have to give people second chances and the benefit of the doubt and most especially, be kind to people. I haven't found this to be too much of an issue (people looking out for themselves), but these tips are great, really fantastic.

Love these random acts of kindness at work! The holiday season is especially a great time to try these random acts of kindness ideas. As work comes to a close briefly for Christmas I'm going to do some appreciation cards for everyone I work with! I also love the Walmart greeter tips - having someone say hey to me never fails to put a smile on my face, so I know that tip will truly make a difference!
