I already messed up by talking on phone about my in hand salary 22K , I 100% fulfilled company expectation in POC work . Manager is very happy on my work and knows my skill set due to that POC work. Kindly remember this is Data Scientist job . Kindly guide me what should be my strategy now?

@StanleyKubrick Basically he is trying to say that there is nothing wrong in negotiation its a very common process. For recruiter as well as the candidate it's a mutual requirement they are also spending a lot on hiring process. Try to negotiate in a friendly manner with him like a friend since you both are going to be colleagues there is no need to be very harsh like a vendor no one likes that. Try to approach him with a friendly and positive attitude and say that you really want this to work.

Sir, kya agar mujhe next company mere last company ke CTC se Kam offer kar rhe?
Let's suppose, I have an offer from XYZ company. Now the HR called me and ask me whether I am joining or not,so after re-negotiations, the XYZ company agree with the CTC and send the offer letter again for second time. Now if I get better CTC from another ABC company, is it suitable to ask for renegotiation frm XYZ company again? because the CTC is higher in ABC but I want to join XYZ company with Salary whatever I got from ABC.
Agar second party employer ne muje other employee se bahut kam salary di hai aur mera kam aur experience other employee se achha hai to muje request karne se salary badh sakti hai sir? Kuch employee ke pass to require certificate and experience hi nahi hai fir bhi unko rehne k liye room of ane jane ka gadi milta hai.

Thoda tricky hai, you can always research and mention an amount along with saying that 'you are flexible to discuss this amount'. Or ask them what is their salary bracket.

Sir i made a mistake.,in one of the company they asked me expected CTC in email. By mistake I mentioned one amount by keeping in hand salary in mind n forgot that CTC includes pf and all. Now what to do.? M so much tensed about it.

While I believe you should not disclose it, in most cases (even in senior hire cases) it is asked for and common to share it (in India).

Hello , durting hr interview he said he will give xyz salary didn't ask my expectation just asked is it good to go I said yes later he said u have to sign a bond of 12 months didn't mention this ever before I agreed without asking terms n condition now I got the offer I am unsure about the bond thing should I negotiate now ???

I have given interview and hr told me that your interview reviews are good in all respect.i have quoted as 7 lakhs as i have 2 yrs experience in the same filed in which company working.They said they give 45000 pm i told its low as per industry trend he told me its not final salary the director will decide the salary. One of my fnd has recently joined in the same company same location he has experience of 3.5 yrs and package of 8 lakhs he is joined here in 7.2 lakhs but his field was different with that of the company. How should u negotiate so that it seems good? Also here is a bond of 1.5 yrs
I have been recently offered for a postion in accenture.They are providing 35% hike, but I believe its less as per my skills and experience. I am in dilemma too if I should join accenture, currently working in wipro (healthcare). As accenture is famous for poor job security.

I went to interview for digital Marketing where as I was not 100% perfect in the job and I got selected because I said I'm ready to learn more... When salary issue came he said let's see your work for couple of days then decide and after couple of days he offered the salary what I was expecting without saying a Word... ☺️I am happy what they're offering but not satisfied 🤠
