Here is a quick tip on how to move stagnant qi
qigongforvitality.com
According to traditional Chinese Medicine and qi gong theory, the root of illness, disease, pain and poor vitality is because of having stagnant qi. Qi is the energy that flows through the meridians to and from internal organs. Qigong practice helps to move and balance any stagnant qi. I think it is one of the most effective things you can do help circulate qi through the meridians and chakras. In this video I discuss a simple "tip" that can augment your qi movement. Let me know if you have any other tips!

... and the vendor said "that will be $5" then the monk gave him $10. The vendor said, "Would you like your change?" and the monk said, "No, change comes from within."

To me humor is a reflection of a relaxed mental state and cracking jokes is a creative outlet through which qi can flow. I mean, that's how I picture it works.

These bad jokes were delivered well. I relieved some stress and thus moved some stagnant qi.

okay so I actually did laugh at the elephant rhino joke. This is fantastic to hear. I was diagnosed with stagnant liver Qi and coincidentally have been laughing my head off lately at some funny things I found on KZread.
