Thanks for this video, it is very helpful! Did you have problems joining the 2 components of the dock? The instructions asked for a "click" to know it's fixed correctly... but I'm feeling like I need to use some brute force and it didn't even budge to join. Any tips? Thanks again!

It says 120 cm from the floor. At this height it is about a foot above the floor. Is this normal??

Where does the cord go? I have an a11 hero and the dock looks similar to this, but I can't figure out how to plug my power cord into the dock. You skipped past that part in your video and the instruction manual doesn't say anything about it.

What size of screws did you use ? The one I bought used didn’t come with them

I believe 2 inch galvanized counter sink Robertson metric. at Home Depot or Lowe’s they would be like deck screws or construction screws. hope that helps

Philips or Robinson Galvanized will work wonderful!

still pretty satisfied with it. It’s oddly the best vacuum I’ve ever used from a consumer technology masculine perspective. I might be crazy but I think that ladies prefer Dyson. I definitely like Tenneco. It is definitely less powerful than a Dyson.
