That is also my problem and im only 11,i go to school with sweat stains after walking out the door, i feel so alone because everyone takes off their sweater or jacket and im the only one with it on to avoid me getting embarrassed. Its really hard for me to deal with it, no one knows about my problem, not even my mom because im too scared to tell her and because there is coronavirus she will just focus on that and not me. Because of this, i have depression and i cry and pray to God every night. I really struggle but im glad there is a cure

I cant believe , we honestly live in a world full of miracles, before reading i really request you to have full trust on the power of faith. Today, my problem of sweating has gone forever..FOREVER and completely. I cried and thanked god so much, i had this problem since i was in class 8th and now im in 12th. I didnt know how it all started and before class 8 during my childhood i never experienced anything like that before. So here is the way, the tools you need is Faith, feelings, intention And ur body. Sit down in a silent place, and close ur eyes. Take a deep breath, close ur eyes and in that black background see urself, see yourself sweating. FEEL it until all the tears start to flow. You feel disgusting? FEEL IT. U feel sad? FEEL IT. you feel like not stepping out of home? FEEL IT.Now go back to past, who was it who told you about ur sweating problem or commented on it that gave rise to these same feelings?whatever scene can come in ur mind that makes ur heart crumble, imagine them..and don't try to shut them.THIS IS THE TRICK. Find the root to all the problem. Feel it..and feel that pain. Now as u are in this process of feeling , just accept that you are sweating. Accept that u hate it..accept if u hate something about u or ur body. Feel the hate u feel when u see urself sweat. be true to urself in this process. Let it all come to surface...just watch those thoughts withour judging and accept it. Now after 4-5 mins of feeling all those. let go, let go by coming into understanding that those thoughts weren't actually yours in the first place. Go to past again and forgive those people who hurt u, not for them but for urself. Forgive whatever situation u faced. Forgive yourself for hating on urself for sweating. See your body as a protector..you used to sweat during anxiety , that was the protective mechanism of ur body, ur body tried to protect u. Love it back...let all tears flow, because its the last time you'll ever feel this way. If u feel more pain, repeat the cycle until you feel everything has been put to peace and is kept in past. Love yourself, and promise your body that you will never ever let yourself get hurt again. This is the process of letting go. The power of surrendering. You can cure any disease, even Covid or cancer through this, its just many people dont realise the power of spirituality and that the cure isnt outside..its inside. When i did this for my sweating problem, i didnt remember any situation that made me sad, but as i calmed my mind, i saw image of my parent saying that i smell bad and i should take care of myself more( in a digusted face), i made their thoughts as my own..then i saw many situation slowly arising. Im so happy i treated myself. This worked for me just by using once and it stopped on the same day, but if u are a beginner and find dificult to trust and let go and not worry much, then consider doing this everyday for a week. You will cry with happiness. But pls trust :)

This worked for me just by using once and it stopped on the same day, but if u are a beginner and find dificult to trust and let go and not worry much, then consider doing this everyday for a week. this one really helps me not by stopping the sweat but boosting my confidence even though i sweat like crazy telling people youve encountered or making a physical contact that you have a condition called hyperhidrosis or just say you are a water bender. trust me, many people will understand it just wear sleeveless bring deodorant or anti perspirant but i used tawas. it may not help me with sweating but at least i smell good. bring face towel all the time. (dont rub it to your hands, face , or underar, just simply pat itcause rubing it will make it worse wear perfume and bring perfume take a bath bring an extra shirt interestingly people who have this condition called hyperhidrosis doesnt stink that bad, it is all because of eccrine glands that is usually produced if your mind constantly saying that you smell bad then try tricking it by smelling an coffee for 1 min straight then smell yourself again i know it is tiring to have this condition but it doesnt mean to torture our self by not doing the things we love be kind to yourselves lets face this with a big smile on our faces and said i dont care anymore i already did my part if i sweat then i sweat if i stink then go take a bath if people find it disgusting then the hell i care i really given up giving a fuck

Yes there is nothing i can do about it and ive had this problem since childhood and I'm an adult and I've given up but at least i don't smell and like you said at least we can take a shower. A mature person would understand if you told them the problem and if someone makes fun just ignore they're ignorance because we all have some sort of issues whether itself minor or whatever so yes i agree live life and love yourselves.

I inadvertently cured my sweating when i stopped smoking weed. I stopped smoking for my own reasons and then a few months later i noticed i stopped sweating like a freak all the time. I was delighted. I had bad sweats all through my 20s, which coincided with when I started smoking weed on a daily basis. About 5 years after i quit smoking I started again and after a few months my sweating returned as bad as ever so I stopped smoking immediately. Sure enough, a month or so later my sweating vanished. So if you're a smoker and you sweat too much then this might be the answer. If you're not a smoker then I dunno? Take up smoking! I hope this helps someone.

my armpits literally give a puddle of sweat every day.. even if it’s in a cool environment and sitting and doing nothing…it’s awful and so embarrassing and i literally have to be aware of what clothes i buy, what color they are, if they’re breathable, etc and even then i still sweat it’s just not as visible on my clothes but i hate it so much. i don’t think this antiperspirant is gonna help.. but i’ll try it.

Instead of a roll on i use the 48 hour dove dry spray and trust me i sweat alot but i don't sweat as bad as i would if i would have used a roll on dedorant and i don't smell either it's the only thing that helps me a little anyways just saying.

I had the same problem sweating and yesterday i was to a dermatolog for a visit, he gave me a medicine to buy it in pharmacy its called oxibutinina. The doctor said it was produced for children wetting ther bed, but has shown that cures up to 70% of cases of hyperdrosis. Needs to be taken half pill at 8 of morning and half at 8 of evening. The first one i took today morning and the second today evening. I swear to god it worked, i didn't sweated at all, it may have some side effects but you need to speak with your doctor, i suggest to everyone to try this drug
