This is a very unique set up, corsa xtreme mufflers from a 15-22 Mustang GT 5.0 and a vibrant ultra quiet resonator on an equal length exhaust set up makes for a very unique and crisp sound on a pickup truck equipped with a BTR STAGE 4 CAM! Sounds like a Ls based car such as a corvette or a cts V ! The chop on this sounds amazing! This set up has absolutely zero drone. My goal was always to make my truck not sound like a truck ! Sounds good dude. I’ve got basically the same engine setup in my squarebody, same cam and all. How’s the drone? Been debating doing rear mounted mufflers cuz my Borlas drone pretty bad at certain RPM

Thank you dude ! And I would say rear mounted mufflers are a game changer ! The drone is non existent with the corsa mufflers i installed on my set up !

Personally I’d say the 1 3/4 unless u don’t mind losing a few tq down low rpm with the 1 7/8 just make sure u get the ceramic coated ones as it produces less overall heat under the hood . I own a set of 1 7/8 ceramic coated pacesetter LTs on my truck with cats and dual SLP LM1s with x pipe dumped after the axle

does rear mufflers by the tips sounds a lot better then in the center bro?
The Ultra Quiets will knock roughly 10db off the volume of your exhaust. Exhaust addicts ran the Vibrant 1794s against the Carven R and they both ran 117db on a Charger. I wonder if you could use the Carvens as resonators because they have a clearer tone than anything Vibrant makes. With just the Corsas it sounds clearer than with Carven R and Ultra Quiets. Now you see why there is such a huge difference in the price...!

I think without the resonators it would sound even more like a vette, but would be obnoxiously loud. I think the vibrants tuned the volume down to corsa sport level which imo is perfect for a daily.

The volume reminds me of when I had stock manifolds with corsa xtremes on my 16 mustang gt

@@obscris9749 I’ve now owned 5 sets for different vehicles and had no issues good middle of the line, not eBay junk with figment issues and there not American racing big money I would say they are very good for how cheap they are
