Tomorrow is 30 days NC for me. He broke NC a week and a half ago, asking me to be friends, saying he doesn’t want me out of his life, he still loves me, and apologizing for hurting me (he’s dating someone else now; we were together for 5 years). I didn’t respond to that message. I have no interest in being “friends” and am really mad at him for choosing some random person he literally just met over me and our history. But knowing him, he’ll sabotage that relationship too, and then realize I’m not around to pick up the pieces like I always am, and then he’ll regret his decision. But at that point, it will be too late. I don’t think there’s any coming back from this for us… he made his decision and now he has to live with the consequence of losing me. I’m no one’s back-up plan or second choice. 😠‼️

Talk to your partner and discuss how you feel about them. instead of going to other relationships before the first one ended. Whatever goes around will come around eventually. If you think you will get away with the pain you caused someone who loved you. No you won’t. You will get your karma and feel the same pain later in life.

This is really good information. People fall for giving their ex that attention or getting the chance to give them what they want, it gives them the sense of control/peace. But they still haven’t changed or tried to work on rebuilding the relationship with you or any type of building. You have to stand on business with what you want. If they are not giving you want you want, you have to state what you want and walk away if they’re not valuing what you want.

I think its just over over, we had good long yes but it was long distance now she has someone from her area. I dont think that anyone that had both, long and short distance relationship would ever go back to long distance. I am so dead inside. Because in the three months shes together with her new guy they can experience more than we did in 1.5 years of every day talking over the phone after this 12months relationship so overall like 2.5 years because he can just be there every day for her so our time is probably already outran by 3months. Even if its only a rebound I feel like that he is "THE" Ex she would want back after it ends than she watches your vids because of him.

How does no contact work if you have a child with your EX?

My ex has to see me at work. She refuses to look in my direction but I can tell she knows exactly the direction I’m in, no matter where I’m standing. She’ll say hi to those around me but if I’m talking to someone she’d normally say hi to, she will say nothing at all. I am hoping I am that beep she can’t ignore.

Being friends is ok & will work if both don’t ever want to be together again. If one person is still in love with the other in hopes for a relationship to transpire it will normally not work & is where boundaries really need to be implemented as an all or nothing situation.

I want to return her gifts i feel it's the right thing to do. I became comfortable and gave her less time and attention because i was sure to marry her and she was also ready to marry me but i never knew that she could walk away from my life after all those years and memories she said i didn't gave her much time and attention after some years so she left. I have a bad habit of drinking alcohol too much when i go out so i messed up and abused her when she asked for break. The situation became even worse because i said things i shouldn't have said but anyways i learnt a lot from this experience. I pray that she will find a man who will love her like i did maybe even more.

Round 1 of NC: 39 days. He broke NC. Round 2 of NC: 49 days. I broke NC. Round 3 of NC: currently 1 day lol... i keep messing up on the boundaries and concealing my true feelings part when NC breaks.

Now I don’t have money but I do have a really interesting case. For me it’s a long distance where we couldn’t meet once but have been together for almost 4 years. In those 4 years we have been together on the phone 24/7. Even when one of us were sleeping we were sleeping on the phone. The main issue was the distance and the religion. For me I would’ve fought for him but he said that he just accepted that we can’t be together. There is so much into it and I really want him to fight for us too. My ex keep on contacting me though it was him who ended the relationship and I always answer to his calls and texts im scared what if he finds someone and leaves me...the reason he ended the relationship was bc i never tried to understand him and always used to argue over smallest thing.
