    I think the recipe typpo error. The flour too less. That's why many people get a wet dough. At the end I add in the flour myself base on feeling, I added nearly another 220 g to get it nicely bake outside oven because I just stop it after I found too wet. Hope Ah Pa can correct the ingredient list and add back the egg volume as it miss out as well.

    Hi, thank you for the video. May i know : 1. Is bread flour = high protein flour? 2. Is cake flour = self raising flour? 3. Under the dough mode no.8, the process indicates 1 hour and 30 min. Do u means we just have to switch it off after 20 mins of mixing and then go for the next step?

  • @helpfulnatural

    @helpfulnatural

    3 жыл бұрын

    Bread flour is higher protein than most other flours. Cake flour is not self rising. It is very low in protein (gluten) for softer, more tender cake texture. Self rising flour has added baking soda/baking powder to make it rise without having to add other ingredients.

    Usually this problem is either ur liquid is too much, or flour is too little, u need to follow the correct amount of ingredients. Another reason could be due to ur yeast is not functioning
