Chinelo Moronu yes it’s can.

I read that active dry yeast doesn't need to be left to bloom before using. You only proof it in order to prove that the yeast is not dead, if not you can use it just as you would instant yeast. Pls don't take offence and research on it. Thanks for the recipe

Cleo Mercy I preserve mine in an airtight container and place in my pantry. Stays fresh as long as it remains in an airtight container.

I just made this oh lawd delicious but that dough kneading knocked the socks out of me..
