4.5 cups Bread Flour
4 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tablespoon Yeast
2 Teaspoons Sugar for proofing the Yeast
6 Tablespoons powdered Milk
1.5 Cups water
3 Tbsp Butter Melted
2 Eggs

I made these for Christmas! They were a big hit! Tho, I used regular flour which was really good anyway. Anyone can make this recipe. You can even add melted butter with some garlic and herbs on top to make it tastier.. love it! Thank you!

I didn't have powder milk so i used my baby's powder milk😁 (similac advance )and used the all purpose flour because i also didn't have the bread flour🤷♀️. It was sooo good. These came out perfectly. I usually use the traditional roll/kneading twice recipe but this is simple and taste just as good. This is now my go-to. Thank you for sharing ! Going to make garlic butter bread sticks next with this recipe.

Hi there, I used the combination of 360g all purpose flour and 260g wheat flour but followed your methodology, the dough was watery but the rise was incredible. The dough was sticky and wobbly and it was difficult to form shapes, so i used a little more flour dusting and could manage to form balls. the baking time after the preheat, was 25 minutes instead of 15 minutes (i feel this because the dough was too wet and flowing). Lastly, the dinner rolls came out perfectly. I subscribed as a small gesture that I liked your video. Thanks.

If I increase the quantity I'll have a lot of dough. Can I then use my handheld dough mixer or will it be too much mixing? Thanks for your anticipated help.
