    It’s called “shadow beni” in Trinidad but it’s also known as culantro. CUlantro, not CILantro. You can find it in Hispanic/Asian Supermarkets

    Too much hot oil frying. Hot oil turns into Trans fat which is bad for the heart. Try using an air fryer to cut down on all this oil. U would get the same results. Thanks
