How To Make This Classic Welsh Rarebit

Today we make this classic Welsh Rarebit (rabbit?) recipe! This is something my mom used to make growing up, and this is her original recipe.
This is a classic cheesy comfort food, and if you've never tried it on hot toast I highly recommend it! When I saw the name I really thought it had rabbit in it. Happy to see you back. Where have you been ? Hopefully just taking a break. I have been on and off this year, my daughter is a senior and just so much work to help a legally blind and deaf kid get into college. Plus I really wanted to lose some weight this year and it’s hard to make videos and lose weight. Though I’m thinking of just changing my content to more healthy foods, it’s how I originally started my channel. Glad to see you back. Love that it’s low carb. This looks so good !!!!!

I grew up in SoCal in the 60's and my mom used what was probably the Campbell's Soup version, on toast, and it was damn good! Going to try this myself, thanks!

I learnt the recipe different from my Nan. English mustard, milk, extra mature Canadian Cheddar, and a touch of flour to thicken about the same consistency as yours. 🇬🇧
