How to make the PERFECT beef curry that will melt in your mouth
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Today I'll show you how to make one of my favorite curry recipes, this melt in your mouth tender beef curry! And once you finished enjoying the beef, you'll have plenty of this amazing restaurant quality curry sauce to serve a second time (I like using chicken breast for the leftover sauce).

I think this is cool, I love your editing, and it’s a quick glimpse of how the cuts should look!
Great easy recipe, you make it look easy as it is. Many recipes complicate and i pass. Cheers from Australia.

Thanks Stacie!
This looks fantastic, Graham! This may be the first curry recipe I've seen using tomato paste and whipping cream. I typically associate curry dishes with coconut milk! It's looks very flavorful, we'll definitely be trying it your way next time! As always, great video!! 🍲👍

Thanks so much! I love it with coconut milk too, but give it a try this way too and see what you think!
so darn easy! So I've got tomato based sauce haters in my house. What would you substitue for the tomato paste?

The first version I learned from my mom didn't have any tomato paste in it, just simple at simmered beef onions garlic and Curry! Totally delicious that way with cream, coconut cream, or just on its own. Sometimes I like to do a mirepoix in the food processor, onions carrot and celery chopped up super fine! that'll make a good base for the sauce too.

This looks amazing. I wonder if it'd be almost as good with ground chuck...

Yup, and much faster to cook! You can do a ground meat version of this in 20-30 minutes.

@@Passionforfoodrecipes Sweet, I'm gonna try it this week. I ground a bunch of meat for a chili but had way too much leftover so I'm thinking it will fit in great for this. Thanks!
I usually do the same thing, but alway add in potato and carrots, in addition to big chunks of onion.

Yeah I often do that too! I wanted this to be kind of a starting point 😁
Do you stir whilst simmering & add any water??

ill stir from time to time just to make sure nothing is sticking! usually i use at least twice the volume of water as tomato paste, so 6oz of tomato paste and ill add at least 12 oz of water
Coconut cream is better imo
That's a lArge piece of meat
