Wow, would never have thought of putting greens in a fruit salad before! But it if they have a light fresh taste that's not too strong that makes a lot of sense. I 'll give it a go - thank you.

Hi Sophie, another great video ! I'm such a huge fan of yours because you really know your stuff !! Ques: have you ever heard of this thing called "Food Combining" ? I heard that fruit 🍓 is supposed to be eaten alone? I don't agree with that, as I eat Fruit w oatmeal or yogurt, etc.

Dawn - I have heard of food combining. It's a very old approach, and evidence-based nutrition has revealed that there is no evidence to support the benefits.

Anyone know who makes organic soy yoghurt in the US? Or icecream? In having a hard time finding any. Everything I see is either coconut or almond based 😐

Look at Kite Hill, Forager, and Nancy's Yogurt. Some of these are cashew-based. Soy yogurts are harder to find.

You mean fructose? Natural sugar from whole fruit is so good for you. Because of the water and fiber, it’s not at all like refined sugars. I reached my ideal weight eating plenty of fruit every day. I probably eat 3 cups of fruit a day, or more.

@@soniabouchard8061 Fruit is fine. Why would you think one person's opinion should be taken as gospel? I am slender and lost 110 lbs. and eat plenty of fruit. Only having fruit in season makes no sense whatsoever.
