Making them for 2nd time this month!.love it! I make it the night before and let rise in the fridge overnight. Take them out the fridge 20 mins and then bake them. Perfection

I made this recipe earlier yesterday and I added some brown sugar with extra cinnamon and a touch of white sugar. I brushed melted butter, what a delicious recipe it turned into. I've made cinnamon rolls in the past, but they never turned out as well. I'm saving this recipe. The best one .

My mouth started watering just looking at them. I tried these rolls as a young woman and they were hard as a rock so I never attempted it again. I made these exactly as she said except for one step. Instead of brushing the tops with butter just before baking, I added about 1 tbsp. of heavy cream to each roll before baking and they came out ooey gooey and delicious.

Yes I see two other recipes adding cream n I'm wondering if it makes a big difference in the taste ...

This is pretty much the same as my recipe! I use it for my bread recipe too! I’ve added the Japanese yudane/Tangzong method too which adds moisture and moistness lasts longer!

The first time I made these they were so soft insideand tasted wonderful. I made them again last night but they are not as soft they taste a bit stale. Where did I go wrong? I'm sure I followed the recipe the same as last time although I think my dough was a little more dry this time. Perhaps I didn't mix the flour in properly? thank you for sharing all your wonderful recipes ❤
