Ingredients
Water
Oil
12 corn chips
10 tomatillos
1 poblano
2 serranos + 1 Jalapeño
1/2 onion
1/2 bunch cilantro + extra for topping
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups warm water + 1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
Queso fresco + Mozzarella if you like the cheese pull : )
Mexican Crema fresca
Tips- If you have fresh chicken broth use that : )
-If you do no like spice omit the chiles
-If you love spice use 4 serranos +2 Jalapeños

It is so hard to find good Tex-Mex here in the Sacramento valley. But when I lived in Texas, HEB was the #1 store that we shopped at. Thank you for your videos. It has soothed the Tex-Mex craving of this Californian.
I love chilaquillas... but because of health issues I can't eat spicy foods anymore... (note my first name came down many many generations)... my kids still love spicy... sooooooooo I end up having to make two different platos... one for them and a very small bland one for myself... but I love watching you two young ladies... sooooooooo many memories of sooooooooo many dishes I grew up on... 😋😋😋 hmmmmm!!! Ladies! I made chile verdè with poblano peppers and pork loin last night. OMG! SO GOOD! I made chile colorado the night before, both super easy and so tasty. Took me a couple hours to stew the meat until it was tender but baby once it was finished, soooo good! I refrigerated the extra sauce for next time. Served both with soft tortillas and sour cream on the side. Thanks for the recipe! 💖
