I'm back with another Tech House tutorial How To Make TECH HOUSE Like SOSA UK. Sosa UK also makes Deep Tech, minimal, breaks and uses UKG, UK Garage and Speed Garage elements in several tracks. In this video I show you how to make TECH HOUSE Rollers on Sola, Helbent Records, Black Book Records, Repopulate Mars, COCO Music and Hot Creations. His sound is similar to Cloonee so you will like this if you like a Cloonee Tutorial. I'll walkthrough exactly what makes up a Sosa UK style bassline, including the sound design and midi programming. You can also download the full project including free Tech House bass midi and Tech House bass presets from my Patreon. For everyone looking for Hot Creations Tutorial, Sola Tutorial, Helbent Records Tutorial, this one's for you!

    dont know how i ended up here hahaha. 1. im super humbled that someone took the time to do this so thankyou mate hahahah, ive watched tutorials for years so this is great for me . 2. its just "sosa" i had to use the ( uk ) to differentiate myself on Spotify and any platforms where just sosa is taken , but for some reason people call me the full thing hahah just wanted to clear that up. super informative man good job!

    I use Sennheiser HD650 as my main studio headphones. They are great but quite expensive. If you're looking for something more affordable check out the Beyerdynamic 770/880/990 Pro. I used them for many years and they are very good value and somewhat of an industry standard.

    @@dilbydj Thanks! Whats better open or closed ones?

  • @dilbydj

    @dilbydj

    @@clarkcelvin 770 are closed back, 880 are semi open back, 990 are open back. Open has a more natural sound but you hear more of the environment around you and people around. You will hear the sound from your headphones, so open are not good for working on a train or in a cafe etc. But they sound the most natural. Closed back headphones. Block out more noise from the outside world but don't sound as natural. Semi open are somewhat of a compromise, the intention is that they are somewhere in the middle. So the best option for you, will depend on where you will use them and what is most important to you. Open other best choice for using a loan in a studio as reference monitors, or in your bedroom etc. Closed back our best for louder more public environments but you sacrifice the sound reproduction.

    I'm not that hyped on it. It's fine but I try to make music that I love rather than what's trending. Just personal taste, no shade to anyone who makes and/or loves this style of house music.

    @@dilbydj you don’t need to teach people, but learn to understand music and styles yourself. You naively think you understand this, but no. my words should not offend you or cause negative responses. this is a reason for you, a reason to be better. but I don't think you'll take advantage of it. but after a while, you will understand that I was right.

    @@VselennayaMoyBog Dilby created a great tutorial for us all. If you don't like the style of music, that's totally okay. You don't need to be negative towards him or be rude. He is a great teacher and a great producer. Thanks for this awesome tutorial @dilbydj
