    But that's not how maida is made, for making maida wheat grains outer is removed and then grinded.

    A regular blender for dry food can be used . This machine appears messy with the flour scattering .

    the more finer u smash the grain the more unhealthy it is... u r breaking all the fiber and protein in grains... hence the flour done in processing machine like these readymade packets is unhealtier than the flour milled from grains in ur near by shop which is further unhealtier than the one crushed through the stone one ( used to be in old house ...round one )..

    Same question. And maida making I am not sure. It's just fine wheat flour. Maida is actually removing husk from wheat and then fine grinding

    @@shaheenkhatri5958 yes i earlier had made rice flour in home too & it wasn't this fine atall & yes maida is made of wheat's husk & to make it this fine it goes through several process which removes it goodness ,the one left is fine unhealty white colored maida..when we use this wheat flour in our baking the result is totally different.

    0:09 rice flour:- *wash 3-4 cups of a raw variety rice(chivapu samba pacharisi) *strain the water &dry it by spreading it well in a cloth *once the rice is well dried(i.e. the rice shouldn't stick to hands 0:37) *after that dry roast the dried rice just for 1-2 mins(at once add 1 cup of rice &dry roast) *once the rice cools completely, grind it. *sieve it &store it

    Lot of flour spilled out of the blender & also while sieving.. Should blend in smaller quantities depending on the jar size & also use a bigger bowl for sieving.. I didn’t like wasting that flour 😔
