How to make red pickled onions

In this video I will be demonstrating how to make red pickled onions. Previously I made a video of mangu, which is a Dominican dish that is topped off with these same pickled onions. There are many different ways to go about this, especially when it comes to mangu.
For some, you can simply rest the onions in vinegar and then sauté them however, I prefer to fully pickle these onions ahead of time and throw them

1 large red onion
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 Tsp Salt
11/2 Tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp sugar

    What about instead of ChefFnTito, you change it to simply CheFnTito. Hmm hmm not bad. Speeds it up, makes it more snappy and it's still pretty Fn cool😎
