Hello everyone 😊today I would like to show you how to make this Red Bean Tapioca cake水晶紅豆西米糕 (西米盞) This cake are so easy to make and it’s very delicious 🤤 It’s one of my childhood favorites snack and dessert.
Ingredients
Tapioca Pearl (small) 200g
Sugar 45g
Sweetened red bean (Mashed) or Red bean paste
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Cooking Oil Spray
Egg tarts mold (12 cakes mold)
