Get your oil at 400° for one minute. Works the best. Dump them on newspaper in you Container you’re putting them in. It will get rid of the excess oil. I make the pork rinds in lard. It makes them smell and taste much better. I usually do 75 pounds every two weeks. And don’t let your oil go over 400. Good luck have fun. Don’t burn yourself.

Hi! I have a few questions. Are you using an 80 quart kettle? How much oil (and what kind)? How many cups of pellets do you use? We plan to try our first pork rinds pop this weekend!!
