Thank you for posting this video. Kettle corn is great at Christmas. I make kettle corn in my small 8 ounce popcorn popper using very similar ingredient ratios of oil, raw corn, and sugar. I had kettle corn from a big kettle just like in this video, and it was VERY GOOD. Saw it at a Christmas carnival. Little kids wanted to get up close and watch, but they did not yet know they could get burned. The kettle and the operator were inside of a fence perimeter to keep people out for safety reasons.

We recently got kettle corn at event in Quartzsite Arizona. They label their popcorn in the ingredients as mushroom popcorn. It was a very superior popcorn. A lot more popcorn area for flavors and not a lot of bull showing.

Hi Daniel. Sorry for late response. The 80qt poppers I use I order from 2 or 3 suppliers here in the USA. I use ALPHA USA and Webstrauant.com They are a Chinese copy of the Hobart 80qt mixing bowl used in most bakeries. In Germany Google restaurant equipment suppliers, try Ebay or a similar, also try a Chinese supplier like www.alibaba.com/. or even Amazon.
