How to make PHO | Meatball Pho | Beef Noodle Soup | Vietnamese Phở Bò Viên

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Phở or pho is a Vietnamese soup dish consisting of broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat. Pho is a popular food in Vietnam where it is served in households, street stalls and restaurants countrywide. Pho is considered Vietnam's national dish. My introduction to pho was a real life Kevin James moment ("Kevin Can Wait" S1 E10 "The Fantastic Pho"). When my husband and I vacation, trying the local pho is at the top of our list always! It cures sickness, hangovers, and winter chills. In this tutorial, I'll show you how I make a beef meatball pho broth and how to assemble a delicious bowl of pho. It's perfect for large parties as it can feed many. In this video you'll see I made a TON for a party. Adjust the below measurements to needs and taste.

Hello! Thanks so much for watching. I try to make the recipes as short and simple as possible. My husband is Lao and children are Lao. I learned to cook for them… well and I just love Asian food myself. I learned from friends, in-laws, other content creators, books, online, and a lot of trial and error. :)

We like to use beef ribs to cook with the broth and sliced ribeye for braising. Everybody gets to hant their own bone.

@@avchanthasene my kids like the chicken and meatballs too. I think my favorite is tofu and fish balls. I only had tofu in pho for the first time maybe a month ago and I'm hooked. Now I have to learn some tofu recipes.
