Absolutely one of the best!!! The lines are ridiculous, it’s always so busy but service and standard of food never changes. That’s an accomplishment in itself 🙌🏼

Gaston as a chef = zero, but he was so intelligent to use the personal and got people who knows his work.

Señora la cofia es para que se cubra todo el cabello , no para que le sirva de accesorio decorativo
[8:57] Por fin veo la presentaciòn tradicional, tal como ha sido siempre el ceviche. No con canchita como feamente ahora tienen la costumbre de presentarlo. Antes no se daban granos de choclo, sino un pedacito, que hace al mismo tiempo con decoraciòn.Veo que Gstòn ha abandonado la canchita, pues acos umbraba colocarlo. La canchta simplemente por sabor no tiene nada que ver con el Ceviche, destruye el ceviche. Ojo, escribo 'ceviche' no 'cebiche', otra pendejada que se pretendiò imponer.. Cante victoria antes de tiempo, porque al final le zamparon la canchita. [9:10]
