Dear sister, you nailed this video. The steps that you showed in Washing the cassava and then how to cook it . You made a little Cassava that is cooked and mixed with the raw one and then put it back to cook before using food processor to make it into fufu. There is no way I would have remembered these steps because the last time I saw this process is almost 17 years ago. My dear sister, I am really surprised 😂😍 . All I can say is Weldone. My dear she made it looked easy, but is not. Is done with your muscles 💪 and strength 💪 is a long process not an easy one.
Omg awwww this is so good, this is the only swallow my mom knows how to eat even on Christmas and new year day she will first hammer fufu with correct soup before anything, 😋 the one you mix with your hand , one need to eat enough fufu to do that. Weldon ma'am

@@kisakyeaggie1342 I watched it again (8 months later) and she said she waited overnight. I guess I didn't watch the video close enough.
Now i see why fufu use to be a lil sour... Wow! You tried o. I dont have such patience
This must be the authentic way. Took over 8 days. Gosh.
Hi Rossy, I have followed you for a while now. I came to rewatch this video to acquaint my self well on how to make this fufu here in US. Is it still the same cassava I see in the stores here that I should use. They look a little different from what we have in Africa. My husband buys them to boil and eat. Please I will need to hear from you. Thanks.

I use the cassava that is found here, the best time to use it to make fufu is during summer time. It takes time to ferment 😍
I suck my cassava for 1 week now but it's still strong, why please???
This method is hard
Oh wow. I knew cassava had cyanide but i didnt know it takes a week long fermenting process to rid it. I thought its a few hours rinsing or resting in water and what not. So much for my attempt t make fufu from real ingredients rather than a ready made flour.
We put ours for 3days
