Why did you not take the strings out of the cassava before blending my dear

You don't find strings from raw Cassava, you only find strings if you Cook it for Abacha or you fermented it for fufu, that is when you see the string on it, thanks for watching and asking👍🏾
Wont the cassava need to be fermented to remove the cyanide or is this a particular specie of cassava. Eating this like this may be suicidal.

Is not a different species, we are only use to eating fermented cassava fufu in Africa, there are other cultures in the world that doesn't ferment before they eat it.
I want to try & make it, but not adding the wheat flour (gluten) to it.

You can try it, I added wheat flour for mine, you can add what ever you prefer to it, that will help to thicken it 👌

Is there an easy way to wash your pot afterwards from all the sticky?

Yes, just pour water into the pot, the water should fill the pot, wait for about one hour and all the sticky will be soft again afterward you can wash it.👌

What is the difference between fermented fufu and non fermented which one has the best taste

🤣🤣 both are very good the only difference is most Nigerians love the fermented one because of the smell and sour taste, non fermented doesn't smell, taste good as well.🤗

The fermented fufu is less starchy and sticky so you don't need to add wheat flour to it.
Why adding wheat flour, gluten to gluten free cassava?The cassava fufu on it's own will thicken up if you let it set/cool down for a bit.

Fresh cassava fufu is not same as powder fufu, the fresh is kind of jelly and I needed to thicken it with wheat flour, you don't have to add wheat, if you don't want to.

No, it is called Cassava, you can Google it to know more about the stem root.

Thanks for your concern, I prefer to add wheat flour to thicken the fufu to my taste.
