I like this for many reasons. Organization, multiple uses in the same space, plans available if I want to make my own. Most importantly though... one step closer to not being able to fit the car in the workshop. Great job.

Ow this is officially one I can get behind. I’ve always liked the idea of a miter station, but in my shared family storage/ garage shop the take up too much valuable real estate. I love the combo of the flip top and router table.

I love seeing the different styles of miter saw stations. I am moving hopefully by the end of next month, so I think it's time to start designing my own. I'm currently thinking of an angle iron frame with DIY style drawer slides. But I loved all the small details you added to yours like the flip top and extended t-track.

My drill press isn't on a flip top and has drawers underneath. The option I took was to set it up so I can use the drill press bed to support extra long lumber. I adjust the height so it is level with the miter saw bed. Great work.

Polycrylic semi gloss is what I did with mine. By the time you get finished with the first coat you can go back to where you started and lightly sand with 400 grit and apply a second coat. I did three coats in one evening and it turned out great. Nice work also my man. Agree with the track saw comment also.

From a personal view point I would't put the tool containers/Systainers as storage within your cabinets, rather I would store the containers elsewhere when not in use and store just the tools, adding extra room to store even more gear. - Subbed and liked, 5 ⭐'s

Love all the ideas here, but I'd really like to see more of the finished product and, you know, just demonstrating using each tool on it. It felt a little rushed. I think this could easily be a longer video. Thanks for sharing. I think the only thing I might add is raising the height of the table to accommodate a jointer under one side of the miter saw. I saw another video with that idea and it seemed like a great way to store it out of the way.

FYI, you mentioned you loved “Fix This Build That’s” flip top table/cabinet... another amazing builder like you and Brad actually built and filmed his Flop Top plans for herself, she goes by DIY Montreal here on KZread. I’m very visual so seeing plans on paper doesn’t mean much however her build with his exact plans is amazing, she also has several detailed videos of her router table she built and also details how to install the Rockler Router Lift: DIY Montreal

And for the finish, come up with a good paint scheme for yourself (like black and gold, or white and red). And paint all your projects like that. I find it pretty awesome when I see a nice theme in a shop. That's just an opinion, but Something you may like to do in the future.

@@furthernorthfab Just do whatever color you like, and go for it man. You'll be ok. Plus, you can always go to another color if you aren't in love with it. But, when you get your color, and your whole shop is coordinated colors, it'll look awesome. Stain is ok, but I personally think color looks much cooler...

Nice work! I like the router table integration. I just posted my miter saw station build on my channel and I finished it with a pre-cat water based lacquer. It's a General Finishes product and has no odor like regular solvent nitro lacquer and sprays/finishes beautifully, highly recommend it. Thanks for sharing.

Nice work! Not really sure the purpose of flip top drill press? I didn't see any other tool being installed on the empty side! The problem with being right next to wall is that you may not be able to fit any other tool on the other side because it may not clear the wall while rotating...

The biggest thing for me was having work surfaces without anything in the way. Originally I planned on having the fence extend onto the flip top, but even that would have taken away from the having additional work area.
