I completely relate to your behaviour of starting out a language for a short time then comming back to it later (in my case years later). Invariably, all the langs that I started and abandoned eventually returned to my life. Have a good time in Rome, I was in extasis during my trip to this great city.

Seeing as many people listen to podcasts to learn languages, I need to start listening to some Spanish podcasts. 😅

I listened to 600 hours last year on Spotify. I went from not understanding any Spanish to fully understanding native speakers with various accents. Our brains are incredibly powerful when you feed it.

Parler déjà huit langues étrangères à 18-19 ans, c'est vraiment prodigieux...Pour moi t'es vraiment une extraterrestre 😅👏👏 J'apprends l'italien depuis deux semaines et j'espère rester motivé. On dit beaucoup que c'est une langue "facile" pour un Français, ou même pour un francophone. Mais pas tant que ça en réalité, parce que la grammaire et la conjugaison c'est loin d'être facile... Mais bon, ce serait un rêve de parler couramment l'italien et d'enchaîner avec l'espagnol après

merci beaucoup ! moi je dirais que c'est plutôt facile, vu que moi aussi j'ai appris l'italien en tant que francophone. la grammaire peut paraître assez compliqué au début, mais vous connaissez déjà milliers de mots, donc faites de votre mieux ! vous allez tout comprendre avec un peu de temps

@ C'est vrai qu'il y a beaucoup de mots qu'on peut reconnaître à l'écrit ou à l'oral et ça rend la tâche beaucoup plus facile. J'ai pu le voir beaucoup de fois en écoutant des natifs ou en lisant ! Le plus dur à l'oral c'est par rapport à certains accents. En écoutant Con te partirò de Andre Bocelli, je comprends presque rien, alors que la solitudine de Laura Pausini je comprends déjà beaucoup de choses ! Merci beaucoup pour les encouragements en tout cas, je vais continuer de m'accrocher

Moi, j'apprends actuellement le français mais je ne connais personne qui parle bien le français (meme sur internet) alors il n'y a aucune façon de pratiquer. Si tu le veux, et si tu veux un ami, on peut se parler parfois. T'en pense quoi?

En plus c'est une langue qui a des règles de grammaire, de conjugaison et d'orthographe très complexe. Même pour ceux qui parlent le français en langue maternelle, ça peut être parfois difficile 😅Malheureusement je n'ai aucun réseau sauf Twitter. Et je n'ai pas été là-bas depuis un moment 😔mais je suis sûr sinon que tu arriveras à pratiquer ça sur HelloTalk par exemple 🕊
