    I loved the confidence on you about doing whatever you want to do on your life. And i want to say that you inspire me a lot. As someone who’s also into learning different languages,i passed through almost everything you’ve said like bullying, hate and stuff. At the beginning of this school year I wanted to change my second foreign language to French (it used to be German) When the year started i was expecting everything to be perfect but school didn’t surprise me like always. I was so exited and when i told my French teacher that i studied French the whole summer and I’m currently like A2-B1 but she somehow didn’t appreciate what i said maybe it’s just my attitude but then she wanted me to prove it in the class with one of her “most loved” students. We talked some basic stuff. Not because I’m bragging about myself but I was clearly way better than her but she still interrupted me while I’m speaking and criticized every single word that I pronounced wrong. I felt terrible and i never wanted to talk at her class ever again even in Turkish. I gave myself some time to understand there was nothing to make myself desperate. After a while I switched to Russian which is way harder than French but I found out that this is the language that I feel comfortable with. And I didn’t have to worry about it. I’m currently focusing on English at school even tho my main lessons are science and math. I’m planning to study interpretership in the university and I’m pretty sure i can do it in best way. So whoever you reading this, please don’t let other people to control your life you know what’s the best for you and whoever makes you feel awful, you’re free to say that your life has nothing to do with them.

    I think you really did a great job turning your channel to a universal one. Thus you are reaching more people from all over the world and also we, your Turkish followers, are practicing English while listening to you. Which is a great thing since your channel is mostly focused on languages and you being a polyglot. So that now this channel is fully focused on these.

    After watching this video I feel very inspired to continue learning more languages to become a polyglot. So far I can speak: 🇧🇩- বাংলা 🇬🇧- English 🇪🇸- El español 🇫🇷- Le français 🇮🇹- L’italiano The first language on the list is my mother tongue and I started learning English since I was four before coming to the UK. I was bilingual until I was fourteen as I’ve been learning Spanish for roughly two years now and I began learning French and Italian on my third year of high school. So now I shifted from bilingualism to speaking 5 different languages. I also want to learn 🇪🇬 mainly for travelling purposes to Middle Eastern countries but as personal preferences I’m more than happy to learn this language and 🇯🇵 in my free time because I love this language so much. I’m also considering learning Russian since I have high passions for learning languages. I’m 16.

    I can't think of any reason why would anyone bully and hate you, other than that they are very jealous of you. You are an amazing intelligent person, the amount of langs you have learned + studying at the same time, its not easy for many. I started learning langs only after completing my University, I just couldn't do it, and yet you managed to learn so many while studying in school college at the same time. Lindie Botes came across online bullies and sadly it deeply effected her mental health. Don't let such people ever ruin you, keep doing what you are doing, their words can't do anything.

I see a lot of myself in many things you were talking about, only you’re an upgraded version 😅 I felt when you were talking about the bullies, I already gave up on languages because of that and feel an extreme pressure to learn other languages as fast as possible because english as a second language is not enough (and other romance languages apparently aren’t hard enough to count). I wish you all the best and can’t wait for the Swedish video! p.s. I agree, Ikea is fantastic, for me it is only behind airports

  • @uni_voices

    @uni_voices

    1-Şarkı dinle: bu %100 yararlı olacaktır. bazı şarkılarda aynı kelimelerin kullanıldığını fark edebilirsin (mesela korecede "derine düşmek" anlamına gelen "깊이 빠져(gipi ppajyeo)'yu ben iki tane şarkıda duymuştum ve anlamını öğrenip sonradan dinlediğim şarkılarda bu kelime çıktığında anlamını bilerek dinlemiştim^^) 2-Şakalar öğren: bu çoook eğlenceli bir yoldur ve senin bu dili öğrenmeye olan isteğini ve bağlılığını da gösterir. Ayrıca akıcı bir konuşmacı yolunda da adım atmış olursun. 3-Konuşma pratiği yap: Korece telaffuz açısından Japonca ve Çince'nin arasında kalıyor (zorluk açısından) o yüzden bazı yerlerde telaffuzlarda zorlanmamak elde değil:) ama konuşma pratiği yaparsan bu zorluk zamanla ortadan kalkacaktır (ben Korecede hala zorluk yaşıyorum ama Japoncayla olan deneyimimden biliyorum). tek şart pratik yaparken aklında kalan kelimelerle konuş ki belirli kelimeler üzerinden çalışabilesin:) bol şans, fighting!!!!!

    @@uni_voices çok teşekkür ederim okuma ve yazma olarak ise ben yapabiliyorum aslında hiragana ve katakana kolay bir tek zorlayan kanji çünkü birden fazla okunuşları var. aslında amazondan kanji defteri diye aratabilirsin biraz pahalıdır ama kanji practice sheet çıkarmaktan ziyade anlamlarına göre bakıp yazıp çalışmak daha iyidir. ayrıca kun ve on okunuşları da önemli ama anlamlarına göre çalışılınca daha akılda tutuluyor. (çok da profrsyonelce konuştuysam kusura bakmayın😅) bi de japonca ve korece için bir siteye ya da uygulamaya para ödediniz mi mesela ben iki uygulamaya ödedim ve az da olsa kullanıyorum ve bir tane daha da ödemeyi düşünüyorum bunu için bakış açın nasıl peki?

    Nice!! Thaks for sharing! I really love your videos and now your story with languages, it is interesting. I'm from Mexico so I speak Spanish and when I was young my mother wanted me to learn English so I had to do it and it was the beggining of my journey. At university I decided to study French because it sounds amazing, I really love it! and now I'm going to start with arabic, but I have some doubts about it because as you said it's difficult to decide due to the diversity of dialects.

    İclal gururumuzsun tebrik ederim seni🎉🎉🎄. Üniversiten ve yeni dillerin, yeni şehrin hayırlı olsun 😃☺️Senden büyüğüm ama dil idolümsün. Bu arada senin gibi birine neden kötü Türkçe yorumlar yaparlar ne kadar kötü niyetli insanlar var çok üzüldüm. Ama sen onları hiç umursama. Ben de daha önce farklı dil videoları izlerken farketmiştim İngilizce videolarda bir tane kötü yorum olmazken hatta onu destekleyen yorumlar varken, Türkçe ne kadar güzel video olursa olsun altında hep nefret dolu yorumlar olması çok şaşırmıştı beni. Sanırım ve maalesef kıskanç insanlar bizim toplumumuzda çok var. Seni destekliyorum başarılarının devamını diliyorum. ❤

    I'm Egyptian, speaking English, probably a C1 proficiency level. It has declined to B2 during the last period I think, but I'm satisfied about my English level. I started learning German around three months ago, and I'm doing a great deal, I think it's A2, now. After my high school final exams, I will start Spanish. When I reached this proficiency in English, I got a huge motivation, like I knew at then that language learning is my thing. And I'm going to do the same the rest in my life, I felt that I could have done more when I knew that you are almost my same age, I'm almost 18, but I'm still motivated and you inspired me really. like, I decided that you are my inspiration.

    Bullying is everywhere and pretty widespread. In US, UK, France, Italy etc. Don't get surprised, if you encounter bullying in other countries. You are so so young and very inexperienced naturally. Life will show you and teach you more and you will ultimately comprehend far better.

    Hi, I just have to comment that I really love your style, it’s so classy and unique! And how fast you learn languages is really impressing… I have also learned Russian and Polish and while the Polish writing might look really intimidating, it’s not so bad and I’m sure you’d get used to it fast! Also if you are ever going to learn Finnish, I would love to help you, a lot of Turkish people I’ve taught it to say that the grammar and logic of Finnish really makes sense to them, like both languages are agglutanitive, have vowel harmony etc.. although the vocabulary is completely different, I’m now studying Turkish and it’s quite difficult haha

    Our people have gone completely mad. I deleted Instagram because of this Turkish community on Instagram. It was stressing me out and making me guilty for my own choices. Especially at that election times the social media was unbearable and i thought all those impacts on me was really unhealthy so i deleted instagram. I completely stayed away from Turkish politics and the country's agenda. So i completely understand you. I was relieved when you started making videos on English because you had much of a international community than a Turkish one and i also like watching videos in English and seeing English comments idk. Btw we're the same age and i've been following you for years and seeing yout improvement give me motivation for the things i want to do, so please keep postin'. Love you
