u placed 2 modules with the cooling side upwards and 2 modules with heating side upwrds. so basically u r heating and cooling both the blocks..which kinda dont mak any sense

Pump also releases heat which may affect the temperature

So it went from 91.F to 82.F hardly seems worth it but I guess if you are burning up 82.F is going to feel cool. If you keep circulating the water before use will it keep getting colder and will it become ice water?

You need to keep the pump running all time and keep circulating the water to cool it down. 4 degree different doesn’t do anything

You put pelther in water block 2 hot Side and 2 cool side its Wong. See it..

Is not really cooling too much. 29ºC is hot water.

Hi Bro! Your project was quite primitive in layout and connection. Well it's understood you may have used your available and affordable resources. I would suggest you, if possible suggest how much water, electrical load, time was consumed and also, if I had to circulate the water in my aquarium what are the merits and Demerits?

A lot of work and expense for very little gain. The wiring is a mess and some of it seems the wrong way round. You’re generating a lot of heat and cooling little lol.
