Crispy Hotel Style Dosa | How to make Dosa Batter at Home | Perfect Crispy Dosa Batter | Dosa Batter Recipe | Tamilchef
A dosa (also dosai or dosha or dose or 'thosai') is a thin pancake or crepe originating from South India. A fermented batter composed primarily of lentils and rice is used to make this dish. In appearance, it is somewhat similar to a crepe, but the flavors are generally savory. Dosas are one of the most common breakfast foods in south India, and they are always served with chutney and sambar. In this video, I explained how dosa batter and dosa preparation are prepared. Feel free to give this dosa batter recipe a try and leave your comments below.

Hi, make sure you follow the recipe n ratio as mentioned in the discription, - Batter should not be over fermented, - Tawa must be seasoned properly - Add sliced onions, salt and oil in to the tawa and saute for some time - Then wipe the using half cut onion & drizzle some water - Follow above instructions to make crispy dosa...👍🏻

No issues you can add, while grinding the batter becomes warm, so leave the batter in warm place somewhere near gas stove, definitely the fermentation process I'll happen, give some extra hours...

I think u must focus on the fermentation process, (after overnight fermentation mix well and refrigerate immediately) if that's good, then increase bit more sugar to the batter and try, definitely you will find gold👍🏻☺️
