How To Make Gourmet Lamb Burgers
500g lamb mince
1 small red onion, grated
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp sumac
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint (or parsley)
Serve with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and hommus

    I love you're recipes! My dad is Persian and always made burgers similar to that. Its refreshing to get traditional Persian recipes and a new take on western dishes

    Hi Henry, I made this lamb burgers and they were absolutely delicious! I used dried mint instead of fresh mint. I also cooked my burgers in my George Foreman for 3 minutes and they were perfect, juicy and very nicely seasoned. Thank you.so much. 🍔😋

    I served this on toasted ciabatta with tzatziki dip, spring mix, tomato, and red onion and it was really good

    I was thinking the same thing. I was confused. Lol! I was like--wait, no garlic, not even garlic powder? I had to rewind the video to make sure that I didn't miss it. I would add garlic too, either in the burger or in a sauce on top of the burger like Toum or garlic mayonnaise. :-D

    I was going to make Adana for a BBQ next weekend, which can be a faff. This is using similar ingredients and seems a lot easier. Lets do this ! I would use parsley over mint though.

    “If you don’t like mint” you mean there’s others who don’t like mint? I thought it was just me 😹 that’s why I’m trying to make my own because every store that sells lamb burgers, they’ve always got mint in them and it’s bloody infuriating lmao
