Cooling fan means only fan. No need to switch on the temperature.

Well you can always dismantle some of the racks in your fridge to dangle the duck to dry it like chinese home made roast pork....

The most basic one you didn't touch on is time, alot of types of videos can take many hours to days to put together and if their schedule is strict to putting out many videos per week then you need to decide for example would it be better to see 2 videos and a alot of answered comments or 4 videos and not many answered comments?

After 1:57, we finally start the recipe. You list "Chinese angelica", but there are about 20 different plants commonlty called angelica. Please be specific. Tell us the exact Latin name or the simplified characters. Should we assume it is Angelica archangelica?

Because that is a process that requires a bicycle pump and a lot of hard work. Using boiling water, then hanging the duck to dry, allows the skin to separate from the meat in the roasting process. It may not be the official method, but for those of us that don't want to go through the bicycle pump method, this works just fine, except when I used to make Peking duck, I would plunge the duck in boiling water 3 times. Hang it for an hour between each plunge and on the last plunge, pour a cup of honey in the water. I would also, brush the skin with some remaining honey after the last plunge. Then I would let it hang to dry overnight. Made a wonderful Peking duck. I also, used regular pancakes(Like the ones used for Moo Shoo).
Can anyone here say they have tried this recipe and let us know the results ?

It's yummy syrup you don't get in the USA. Here is a good approximation of making your own Golden Syrup. I say "approximation" because the genuine stuff is actually produced during commercial sugar manufacture: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Yoirlbqwdtavpco.html
