Summer is coming, let's start cooking fish again, and let's start with a nice soup!!!
In this soup I put all of myself into it, all the tricks learned over the years, those stolen from grandma, those seen around Italy, in short a real masterpiece.
I always eat croutons in the soup, it's something that really drives me crazy, today I made them with leftover white pizza, a goodness....
I leave you below as always the weights to remake the dish at home for 2 people:
1 1kg sea bass
2 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
150g cherry tomatoes
150ml tomato puree
30g taggiasca olives
2 slices of old bread
1 Tropea onion
Salt pepper Q.B
Oil Q.B
Hot pepper
