How do you control vermin? (Specifically, ants, roaches, mice, & rats)

Best thing is put it in a five gallon bucket and cover it with the lid. Also if you let it stay open usually black soldier flies with nest in it and drive out and ants or roaches. The black soldier flies make good bait, and they are harmless. Mice, rats, 'coons and larger vermin, you're better off using the plastic lid on a five gallon bucket.

Black barrel is not to keep the sun out but to heat up and process the chum faster. Thats why they make stink baits with black lids...to heat and soften it up in the daylight.

Wouldn't a few 50 lb. Bags of corn work just drop the bags where you wanna fish

Yes, a lot of people use corn. The downside of using corn is the kernel are so big the fish will feed and not eat your bait because they're already full.

Yeah, that was a miserable place. Yes, this chum sinks. Once it has fermented it will sink.

Oh, yeah, the feed I use is from MS. I get it at a local feed & seed place.

This long video could have been like 2 minutes long by simply just saying and showing.... Get two 50 pound bags of feed wheat, Pour it into a barrel, add a little sugar and yeast, Fill with water till the wheat is covered by a couple inches and set it out in the sun. NOTE: Keep it away from yours and your neighbors house because it will stink bad! To use: Toss a few bowls full in several areas of the lake or river and fish each one till one of them starts to produce fish.
