Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Spend a meditative 30 minutes learning how to make homemade incense sticks from the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formula called Xiao Yao San or "Free and Easy Wanderer." Jiling Lin spreads joy through her passion and vast knowledge of TCM practices and familiar anecdotes. In this video, Jiling walks us through each step of the incense process: from picking out the traditional powders to storing and using them during travel and backpacking trips.

"Making our own incense provides a tactile connection with the land, medicine, and our bioregional
terroir. Mixing and shaping incense by hand, we reconnect with our indigenous roots of shaping
earth, building ritual, and serenading our ancestors with songs carried on spiraling smoke." - Jiling Lin

Excuse my ignorance but is this 100% safe or like 50% ? Are you sure my finished product won't catch fire and become a flame instead of burning incense ? I am very new to this, I want to make my own perfumes, butters etc and now I want to try to make incense though it sounds unattainable to me.

Hi Sister Elinora! While all incense is not 100% safe because it does require a flame, this incense recipe is as safe as any other! It's good to practice a few rules of incense burning safety like always keeping your lit incense in a fire safe dish, keeping your lit incense away from loose fabric, and extinguishing the incense when you leave the room! We do hope you try this recipe, it smells amazing!

Hi there! We sell all these ingredients except makko and atractylodes root. You can find all our ingredients linked in this blog: mrh.life/IncenseRecipe. For makko and atractylodes, we found them at our local asian market but you could also find them online! I know in this video, Jiling gives a few suggestions about finding ingredients or ways to replace them. I hope that helps! This incense smells divine :) - Gracie

there was nothing ... and it was everything.. wow pass the weed😂😂😂. You see BANTU have a creator and that's why we are moving away from CAIN's seed (all R1A people)(children of Gomar, Ashkenaz etc. back to the motherland and sanity. If you are BANTU (black folks with nappy head lol) watch Robert Headley videos and elevate yourselves. Focus past the music!
