Couple tips to make your meat even more flavorful.... Let your meat sit out for a hour or 2 and become room temperature. Salt and pepper your meat and sear it first. This is going to help lock in those juices and just give your meat a better flavor. After you sear it then add your water or chicken broth. 2nd tip, either put your chilies in the pot with your meat and after it's been boiling for 20-30 minutes take the chilies out put them in the blender and add them back into the pot OR in a separate pot boil the chilies for 20-30 minutes, blend and put in pot. You want the chilies to be in the pot with the meat to give it more flavor. Everything else looks great, good job!

This video put a smile on my face. It also put me in Relax Mode but also hungry mode! 😂

You have done a great job in teaching us how to prepare these. You can tell you enjoy cooking.

Today I had the time and materials to make your Birria Tacos and they are the bomb. My wife loves the flour tortilla Burrito style and I, being a traditionalist, really enjoyed the skillet corn tacos. There were 2 issues I had to work around: 1) the sauce was thick, not brothy like your video shows. 2) I learned making red/pepper sauce for enchiladas that after the hot bath for the dried peppers, remove the skins from the peppers. It makes everything easier for straining the sauce into the meat pot. From SE Texas, thank you . I look forward to new videos from you.

Birria tacos are awesome to meal prep too. I make mines similar but i do the pepper mix with onions, garlic, cilantro, green chiles, spices etc added and do it first so the meat soaks in the flavor. I'm WFH so about 30 mins before my actual lunch(hehe) i make the queso tacos.
