Awesome Patrick. This is going in the "I gotta make one" folder
Cool jig, Patrick. It looks like it could double as a cross bow.
Really creative, great idea.
Nice design Patrick.
Very creative Patrick....
Seriously ingenious! !! Great video good job.

Oh, and nice shirt! Thanks for the support!
Handy little jig. I should make something like that. Would probably be quicker than using my router for roughing out some circles.
Nice jig! ...Love the radial arm saw BAM!
That's an awesome jig Patrick.
nice job.
Awesome!!
Nice project Patrick, I will be making one asap. cheers
Very nice design; congratulations. Marc

Cy's Corner Hey Cy.; ) I think you do need to make this jig ,,it works great thanks so much for watching .. Patrick
Thanks. Looks like a winner idea. I love your Radial arm saw base. Can you show how it was made and installed?
Nice job Patrick ! thanks for sharing All the best Bram
Cool!
Nice design. I like it a lot. For work piece stability, make the piece in the miter slot the same height as the rest of the jig.

thanks buddy i made a block that locks it in and fits around the blade too i wanted to add a wider board to support it but it worked for what i was doing thanks for watching
I can see where it needs a wider base to help with wobble but still freakin genius! I love how it hooks into the table. nice job man

Lol saw kicks ass
Another nice project from Patrick's Workshop! Saw the "chevelle" written on the garage door. My favorite car! I had a 66 and a 70 (neither were SS)

Love Chevelles I have a Pinterest board just of them. (My Pinterest is TCool316) true muscle
nice project , i would add 2 support pieces at the intersection of the beam with the miter slot to form a support table for the material that you are cutting. with those support pieces you material won't wobble when you are cutting the circle. good job :)
well done

Hello from Hamburg Germany Ist SUPER CHANNEL
I like it! Very simple idea. Looks easy to build. I would probably add some support wings but other than that l think its a great idea and its small and easier to store than most others lve seen. Nice job and loved the video
smart design!would you mind to tell me whether you always remove the round alu plate in the center to give space for the jig hook, or the plate does have little use as saw blade goes its own way?
That's Great, going to have to make one of those! Your band saw looks a lot like mine! I've created a FB group called Whirligig Wind Toys with pictures of projects.

thank you kind sir
Cool man, looks like it works pretty slick
I'd have a RAS in a minute if I had room for one.
Nice work! I really like the method you used to keep it secured to the table.
Great jig Patrick! I really like the way it hooks on the front.
How small of a circle can you cut with this jig?
Nice job Patrick! Thanks a lot for sharing this. Great jig.
Cool build on this jig Patrick. These are very useful on a band saw.
Here is an idea you may find useful. To add stability you can run a few scrap pieces from the far end of your jig to the table lock piece and that might keep the work piece from wobbling as it spins. If need be you can add a 4" or 6" piece on the tail to extend the side pieces that you add for a bit more stability and it will not interfere with your locking mechanism as it is. The piece that fits in the slot can be lengthened a bit to extend the front of the stability pieces as the wider it is the more stable it will be once locked into place. I hope this helps.

This is a nice lookin jig patrick, thanks for sharing
the R.A.S. does kick ass!! i havent been using mine seeing its in the garage and its been -5 - 19 degrees for the past month or two where im at. but hell yea man thts a kool project! just a sugg. maybe use a larger dowel/pin that way itll eliminate the wobble..? but u know whats best seeing its ur make.:) oh and i think we have the same table saw.. i have the P.CABLE model # PCB222TS.. ?

Looked like the pin was a little too tall.
nice jig man. I need a circle cutting jig for an upcoming project so that's perfect!
cool
Great Jig Patrick! I wish I had one of those kick ass saws!!!
Hi Patrick, great jig, thanks for posting. How about making the " business end" ply block a little longer than just the two inches to secure the two pieces of channel, say six or eight inches? This would support the work piece as you rotate it to ensure a perpendicular cut to your saw table. Thanks again, Tim
Great video, subbed.
