⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏
The No.3 really look like a magic tric. Anyway, you have been magical already 330 times The quality of all your realisations is still amazing and you keep continuing being the most perfect. Domo Arigato Gozaimasu.

Excellent hacks & jigs and as usual accurately presented. Congrats!!!!
Nice options! Options are always good, especially if the jig doesn’t use a lot of fiddly bits and it has a vacuum port. I don’t about everyone else, but I don’t want to have to mess about with fiddly bits, nor cleaning up my shop! 😂😉
I'm a woman, but I really like his ideas and the way he does things, his movements look very professional and tidy.
классно, особенно приспособление с пилой. хорошо делать черенки для садового инструмента. Для штор тоже неплохо. Спасибо за интересное видео и приспособления.
A like for the creativity and entertaining video, but man I would need a lot of dowels to justify the time and effort to make any of these!
Darn dude! You own stock in Makita tools? 😎 Clever ideas, all. 👍🍺

Creative video, keep it up, thank you :)
Exactly my topic! To put aluminum tubes together without play, I needed round pieces of wood with the right diameter, which you can't buy. Precise calibration to a few tenths of a millimeter accuracy over a length of several centimeters is more difficult than you might think. You need a device that is as infinitely adjustable as possible with good guidance in front of and behind the cutting position. Not easy to produce even on a lathe or woodturning bench. The suggestions shown are good approaches. Thank you very much!
Nice job!
Number 7 was amazing
Using the edge of the straight cutting router bit on the router table looks like it gave nearly perfect results especially after the second pass. Do you have measurement for that jig?
😊😊😊super gemacht..top
As always, AWESOME 👌💯❤️

just use a plug cutter or chop up a dowel lol
That last one also doubles as the world's most sophisticated mouse trap. Open the door, put a little piece of cheese in the middle and wait. It doesn't kill them, just takes their coats off, so they will leave to look for a warmer place to live.
I got halfway through this until I was able to shake the hypnosis off. I don’t work with wood and don’t have even one of these tools. Only a drill and sawblades, I guess.

Here is the English translation: Your videos are enjoyable and educational. I have a circular saw and I want to make a disassembly and assembly table because the space I have is limited. Could you please provide the measurements? Thank you.
Thank you! So satisfying to watch your videos! That clamp at 18:00, where to find it :)?

How straight are the bars you make in thiis video?
Mein lieber Freund, hast Du schon mal was von Arbeitsschutz gehört oder gelesen?
What is the name of the tool used to hold the square rod at 10:40? I've looked for something like that, but can't find anything. Thanks.

It's a homemade jig using a small section of what looks to be a 2020 profile aluminum extrusion, along with some flat brackets and wing nuts. I don't know if he has a video on how to build the jig, but I think there might be better/safer ways to accomplish the same thing. I especially liked his use of a socket to turn a piece of square stock. Many sockets have a 12-pointed star shape formed by overlapping two hexagons at 90 degrees to one another, which is useful in this case because it means you can hold a piece of square stock with one, since 12 is divisible by 4. It might not be as secure as the aforementioned jig, but it's fine for this application.

@@hollt693Of course, I should have guessed that this was a homemade jig… 🤦♂️ Thanks.

@@TheJonHeese No worries! I wondered what it was myself, but I wouldn't've looked any closer if not for your question, so I'm grateful! If you're interested in replicating it, you can play the video at 0.25x speed from your timestamp, and there's a single frame around 10:42 with a clear (no motion blur) view of the jig.

Now THIS is what a cool community is all about! I'm just glad to be witnessing this happening here. Especially after watching such a great video, then seeing negative comments to follow.
Die Tips sind alle sehr gut. Du Brauchst aber viel Werkzeug und Holz das nicht jeder hat. Preislich sehr teuer.
3:00 ! 👍
It looks beautiful and easy. But in reality it is not that easy. The stick may get stuck and those jigs may shatter or disassemble. Definitely it needs nervous of steel and skill to achieve results as shown in the video.
🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩👏👏👏👏👏

taking a quick look at Lowe's - proberly not the best source but alas - it mostly poplar. Know that you can source them in other woods that's more expensive - but lets say you want camphor laurel wood round stock, in 13 mm for some reason then you use one these jigs(proberly the first router one). Or any size with a standard drill size or like 33/64 - looks can be factor for your project but you are not wrong. Are some of them over engineered af? Yes but its kinda what we are here for :D
