Thank you for keeping people in your thoughts affected by storms. Many areas in Texas have no food in grocery stores for days. I had to be picked up and taken to a relative in and area where water and power was not being shut off! The dogs and I were freezing. All will be better soon by the grace of God.

Also, thank you for this recipe being anemic myself I know lentils are good for iron issues, but I fall short of recipes for them 💕. I will definitely try this out soon. It also works for me since my hubby is on a liquid diet right now 🙂.

Tell me why you’re getting the iron infusion shots ? And what kind of surgery you’re needing ? My blood count stays low , I have to see a hematologist as soon as I get a referral from my Dr Nov 3rd , just wondering what you are going through ?
