It never does.....I just like creating ideas that partially work but don't avoid the original work I was trying to prevent from happening 😂🤣

Can still remember heading out of house to find my sister's old horse wearing a homemade creep feeder. It was during the 07 FMD outbreak we couldn't sell stores only fat lambs and at £15-£25 a lamb we weren't willing to spend even more on feeders as the feed was bad enough but with the grass vanishing we had little choice so we made some out of ring feeder halves wooden hurdles we make the lambing pens from, a couple of troughs and a tarpaulin. While the ewes couldn't get in there her geriatric gelding decided it would turn steeplechaser and jumped the hurdles to stuff the food only he couldn't get back out and wore it like a rug.

@@FreedomFarmsMo that on had a mile long rap sheet, would push on the fence post until they snapped so it could eat more easily the other side, would charge electric fence, from when it was at a riding school if it didn't want to go for a ride it would wait until they were on then would drop a shoulder so they would slide off. Not a horse/pony person but as much as he was a pain he was loveable he would. He was like one from the Thelwell cartoons.

Sounds like a trouble maker, I guess ours aren't so bad after all 😂

Another lesson well taught. Looks like you're ready to go for the winter. You've got my luck too. I can try to pour a gallon of gas from a 5 gallon can into a gallon can and get 3 gallons on the ground every time. Take care and God Bless.

my older goats would walk right through those openings.

Your goats are likely smaller sized than our katahdin sheep. You would need to adjust the opening to fit your animals needs.

Hey Travis where’s your eye protection at? Hot plastic shards don’t feel good on the eyes 👀. Just saying

I know, I know. I have to work on wearing them and not being in a hurry. If it makes you feel better I squinted while grinding...you are right and I should have worn glasses.
