Yes, absolutely right and a must, but I was doing that and I never lost weight until I started doing yoga and my stress levels started to go low. It's a daily fight though but I rather fight against stress than seeing my overall health wasting away day by day. By the way, I implemented more soups into my meals😊. Thank you so much for all of those tasty recipes🙏😊.

Very helpful video.
I started staying away from sauces when i looked at the nutritional content of mayonnaise once lol. I've also lessened intake of high calorie drinks and basically just have black coffee and milk in a day. Glad to know about the three other tips! I'll add these to my list.

@Queen of Swords that's great if you have control over yourself but once you go through all that shitty low self-esteem phase that make you starve yourself and have eating disorders then.. you are just no longer relevant to your control or any discipline but we should try hard to recover ourselves tho

@Queen of Swords yes you are absolutely wrong and condescending. There are many reasons why a person might binge. It's not always about self control. I am diagnosed with clinical depression and I binge as a coping mechanism. Mental health is still a huge taboo in my country. So, there aren’t many professionals who can actually help me overcome my clinical depression. Plus it costs a ton of money. So, I have to binge sometimes as a distraction and sometimes, just to avoid any panic attack or manic episodes. I hope you please educate yourself more and show more empathy before you start being rude to others.
Turn your simple kitchen foods to be amazing. Let’s cook at home more often and control our intake nutrition and calories even better 😋

these facts seem so easy to apply when you just look at them but the truth is they arent. remember, dont be so hard on yourself. weight loss is a slow steady journey with a lot of bumps in the road but you'll get there eventually. from someone currently struggling with BED, ive known these facts and so many more, ive watched videos, read countless articles but i cant seem to get myself back on track. please make a video on eating disorders. i need to not feel so lonely in this battle :(

@@weightlosswarriorcoaching I know and I just have such a hard time with sleeping…take after my late father! Been trying get upstairs by 9:30, in hopes of being to sleep by 10:30-11! If I’m not asleep before midnight, I become restless and I find it so difficult to go to sleep!! I have a problem shutting my brain down, so I decided to make a little meditation spot in the corner of my bedroom, behind my door! Hopefully it gets better!

Essentially, yes. Your basic Family Medicine MD probably won't know how to interpret them anyway and will likely refer you to a "boutique" style Sports Medicine Clinic with lots of higher-level staffing that is most appropriate for professional athletes. And all that is not going to be covered in full by your employer's health plan. If the goal is weight loss or general health and exercise issues than the answer is pretty much the same regardless of your specific metrics: Eat less, eat right, and exercise regularly. Go to a museum and look at the statues of ideal male figures from ancient Greece. They had none of this, yet look what their bodies and personal will were capable of. Just sayin'

After using MyFitnessPal to track my intake and outtake of calories, I discovered I took in more calories from sneaky calories (whiskey + coke) 😁 dropped it like hot cake 😋 loosing weight steadily

My problem is, I have a sweet tooth and it’s just as bad as a drug addiction and I’ve tried many times to reduce my sweet intake but doesn’t last long, maybe a couple months and having someone tell me not to consume too much sweets is like telling a drug addict to stop doing drugs, it’s not that easy, maybe easy for some but not me. So my question is, how can I over come my sweet tooth addiction?, I do eat veggies and fruits everyday but still snacking on chocolate and so on

Just imagine ingredients of this food. You can google how separate ingredients of nutella looks like. For me it works because i realise that's just sugar and fat mainly.

If you've made it from real potatoes, then it's fine. But if it's processed french fries or nuggets, it is still processed food. So it will still be high in calories (although not as high as deep fried), but try to avoid or if you want, have it only occasionally.
